An Ethical Approach to the Profession of Librarianship Kütüphanecilik Mesleğine Etiksel Bir Yaklaşım

The most essential features for all professions are to determine the ethical behaviours and codes. Without these codes, a profession can not be presented and recognized. The main problem of library profession in our country is that the profession has not yet been understood by individuals of the society. This problem can be solved by formulating professional ethical codes and agreeing upon them. Tüm meslekler için etiksel davranış ve etik kurallarının saptanması temel özelliktir. Bu kurallar olmaksızın meslek tanıtılamaz ve tanınamaz. Ülkemiz kütüphanecilik mesleğinin ana sorunu her kesimdeki birey tarafından anlaşılamama sorunudur.
