To be respectable doctors and researchers, there is only one way: to be respectable

Goodness is an implicit value in health-care related professions. The main aim in writing this note, is no other that carry in the consciousness of the medical student, and other health-care related professions and those who go bordering the realms of research, especially clinical investigations, that our profession more than any other requires a value foundation, one of them: goodness. And we must have that always present. Growing with it holding hand, they will be tools to confront conflicts we will be against and will constitute the essence of the professional and personal success.RESUMENLa bondad es un valor que debe estar implícito en el hecho de ser profesional de la salud. El objetivo principal al escribir esta nota, no es otro que el llevar a la conciencia del estudiante de medicina y demás profesiones afines, así como los que corren dentro de los linderos de la investigación, sobre todo la investigación clínica, que nuestra profesión más que ninguna, requiere fundamentarla en valores, uno de ellos: la bondad. Y debemos tenerlo siempre presente.
