ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, compensation and communication on job satisfaction and performance of employees at PT. Core International shipping Semarang. The population are 230 employee of PT. Pelayaran Inti Internsional Semarang, 144 samples were selected using a formula Slovin. The sampling technique used random sampling stratafikasi. Collecting data using questionnaires and observations as well as multiple linear regression analysis techniques ordinary least square. The result conclouded that employees with high job satisfaction will feel pleased and happy in their work and do not attempt to evaluate the work of other alternatives.
