this report. The integration effort was mainly on the development of a precise interface between the GRED editor and the DDBG engine. This was necessary to enable the user to use the debugging system from the same interface and at the same level of abstraction that is used for programming. The resulting prototype gives the user an easy to use interface from were he can give the traditional debugging commands and the debugging system can react trough the same interface by animating the program in the graphical environment of GRED .
