The theoretical models for transformation of light fields by nonlinear interferometers and by dynamic holograms formed upon multiwave interactions in molecular media with proton phototransfer have been developed. The conditions for the formation of different dynamic interaction modes have been determined including regular intensity oscillations of light fields at the output of nonlinear optical systems with constant input intensity
