In dieser Masterarbeit analysiere ich verschiedene für die Untersuchung von morphologischer Produktivität und ihrem diachronen Wandel gebräuchliche Maße. Diese Maße -- normalisierte und nichtnormalisierte Typenfrequenz, Hapax Legomena, Wachstumskurven, Potential Productivity und der Parameter S vom "finite Zipf-Mandelbrot"-LNRE-Modell -- werden anhand von Daten aus dem RIDGES-Herbology-Korpus für drei Derivationsprozesse des Frühneuhochdeutschen analysiert: -er, -heit/-keit und -ung. Diese Arbeit zeigt, dass obwohl diese Maße eine verbreitete Nutzung in der Literatur haben, sie in Wirklichkeit nicht für die Analyse diachroner Produktivität geeignet sind.
