The genus Angonyx Boisduval, [1875], in New Britain, Papua New Guinea (Lepidoptera, Sphingidae). The two species of the genus Angonyx Boisduval [1875] flying in New Britain, island of Papua New Guinea, are figured by their habitus and male genitalia : A. boisduvali Rothschild, 1894, and A. testacea bismarcki Clark, 1929, which is compared to other species of the genus and considered at the species level and non synonymic with A. papuana Rothschild & Jordan, 1903, after observation of the holotype,Les deux espèces du genre Angonyx Boisduval, [1875], volant en Nouvelle-Bretagne, île de Papouasie-Nouvelle-Guinée, sont représentées par leur habitus et leurs genitalia mâles : A. boisduvali Rothschild, 1 894, et A. testacea bismarcki Clark, 1929, qui est comparé aux autres espèces du genre et considéré comme bonne espèce, et non synonyme de A. papuana Rothschild & Jordan, 1903, après étude de l'holotype.Schmit Pierre.
