PENGARUH TOTAL ASSET TURNOVER (TATO), RETURN ON EQUITY (ROE), DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO (DER) DAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE (GCG) TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Setudi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Pertambangan Yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2015 - 2018).

This study aims to analyze, find out and describe the influence of Total Asset Turnover, Return On Equity, Debt To Equity Ratio, Good Corporate Governance simultaneously or partially on company value. associative research, population of mining manufacturing companies, samples using a purposive sampling method, obtained a total of 30 samples. The analysis technique uses descriptive statistical tests, classic assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heterokesdasticity, autocorrelation and hypotheses). Results of Total Asset Turnover has a significant level of 0.169 and Good Corporate Governance has a significant level of 0.746 greater than a significant level of 0.05. Return On Equity has a significant level of 0.013 and Debt To Equity Ratio has a significant level of 0.027 smaller than a significant level of 0.05. Conclusions Return On Equit, Debt To Equity Ratio significant positive effect on firm value. Total Asset Turnover, Good Corporate Governance does not affect the value of the company
