ANALISIS PENGARUH UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, PROFITABILITAS, PELUANG PERTUMBUHAN DAN KEPEMILIKAN ASING TERHADAP KESIAPAN ADOPSI INTEGRATED REPORTING (Perusahaan Sektor Industri Dasar Dan Kimia Di Indonesia Tahun 2017)

This research aims to know the influence of the company size, profitability profitability, growth opportunities, and foreign ownership on Integrated Reporting adoption readiness. Types and sources of data obtained from the financial statement basic industrial and chemical sector companies in Indonesia in 2017 year published or to be published on the official website BEI ww.idx.co.id. The technique of data collection is done by the method of documentation. Technique analysis on the research is conducting the classic assumption test before multiple regression tests and hypothesis testing using stimulant tests, partial tests. Based on the results of the research, the author can conclude that only the profitability variable influences the Integrated Reporting adoption readiness, while the size of the company, growth opportunities, and foreign ownership does not affect the Integrated Reporting adoption readiness
