KEKUATAN MEMAKSA PELAKSANAAN REKOMENDASI OMBUDSMAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA DALAM PENANGANAN KASUS MALADMINISTRASI

Legal writing is the force power of the Indonesian Ombudsman's recommendations in handling maladministration actions. The problem formulation is how is the force power of the Indonesian Ombudsman's recommendations in handling maladministration actions. This legal research aims to find out and analyze the force power of the Indonesian Ombudsman's recommendations in handling maladministration actions. This legal writing is normative research. The results of this study are to state that the Ombudsman's recommendations have coercive power which is the implementation of the Republic of Indonesia's Ombudsman Law Number 37 year 2008 concerning the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia, but the coercion is carried out by force outside ORI, Therefore this Recommendation is morally binding and legal, although it does not have coercive power in the executorial sense in implementing court decisions
