Officials with the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency and the Portland and South Portland police departments yesterday raided a home at 60 Massachusetts in Portland and seized 100 bags of heroin. Kirk Rundstrom, 30, and Zeruah Zarkowski, 24, both of 60 Massachusetts Avenue, were arrested and charged with trafficking in heroin and possession of hypodermic syringes. Three other individuals were arrested and charged with possession of heroin, and a MDEA official said the bust would have a big impact on the heroin trade in Portland
