The federal Drug Enforcement Agency last week released a 70-page report that says the trafficking and use of cocaine, heroin, inhalants, LSD, and anabolic steroids is increasing in Maine. A Strategic Analysis of Drug Trafficking Trends suggests the increase in use of LSD may stem from the popularity of the rock band the Greatful Dead, and that smoking marijuana causes people to commit property and violent crime
