This scientific article analyzes the teacher of higher education based on the formation of a personal mark in the mind of the student of the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the UNAN-Managua that empowers it as an integral model to follow of teaching – learning. For this a questionnaire or digital survey was designed to be raised to different characters within the university life such as students, teachers and administrative staff. A sample of 67 cases was selected. The main result highlights the positive image of the personal brand of the teacher as the main perception of the cases studied, generating a model of how it should be in teaching in terms of training and growth, as the main reason for their professional development.
