Elementos para o estudo da agroindústria vinícola: uma abordagem da indústria Vinícola Rio-Grandense

This paper reconstitutes the socio-economic trajectory of a wine company, the Companhia Rio-Grandense. This firm presents, along the period 1929-1969, revealing elements about the dominant trends of the wine-growing industrial development in the Rio Grande do Sul state. Moreover, along the period 1969-1990, it expresses the marginal and subordinated way of how some of the sector's enterprises assimilated the new rules dictated by the expansion of capitalistic relations all over the country and by the internationalization process of the national economy.This paper reconstitutes the socio-economic trajectory of a wine company, the Companhia Rio-Grandense.
