This study aimed to determine the chemical and organoleptic sweet yogurt corn by using some types of inoculum. The design used was completely randomized design (CRD) with a single factor, namely the type of inoculum (I), which consists of 4 treatments I1 (addition of Lactobacillus casei 10% ), I2 (addition of Lactobacillus bulgaricus 10%), I3 (addition Bifidobakterium longum 10%) and I4 (addition of Streptococcus termophilus 10%). The treatments was repeated 4 times. The parameters observed pH, total acid, total lactic acid bacteria, appearance, aroma and taste.
