AbstractThe purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of organizational culture and career development on employee morale at PT Sentosaraya Abadi Mas. The researchers tested the classical assumptions first before performing multiple linear regression tests. Research conclusion is organizational culture have an effect on to employee morale at PT Sentosaraya Abadi Mas. Career development affect the employee morale at PT Sentosaraya Abadi Mas.
