The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at KUD Sumber Makmur Ngantang. The population in this study amounted to 37 employees. The sample used is all employees of the dairy unit, namely 37 employees. The sampling technique used is total sampling technique. The analysis technique in this study uses path analysis. The results of this study show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
