From the contributions of critical pedagogy, this article develops the pedagogical discourse and practice concept from the optics of what happens in the musical teaching and learning processes. It presents a critical and reflexive analysis of musical teaching, the activities, and teacher interactions included, as well as the actions promoted inside and outside the educational institutions.
