Hubungan Kepercayaan, Transparansi, Dan Akuntabilitas Terhadap Loyalitas Muzakki Pada Badan Amil Zakat (Studi Kasus di Kecamatan Tegalsari Banyuwangi)

The purpose of this discussion are: (1) To find out and analyze the relationship of muzakki trust (X1) to muzakki loyalty on BAZ (Amil Zakat Agency) in Tegalsari District, Banyuwangi Regency. (2) To find out and analyze the relationship of transparency (X2) to muzakki loyaitas in BAZ (Badan Amil Zakat) Tegalsari sub-district of Banyuwangi Regency. (3) To determine the accountability relationship (X3) to the muzakki loyalty in BAZ (Amil Zakat Agency) Tegalsari District, Banyuwangi Regency. Based on the results of Product Moment correlation testing using the SPSS 16.0 application obtained: (1) Partially the trust variable is significantly related, with a correlation coefficient (r) 0.380 with a significance of 0.012 <0.05. This means that the confidence variable is related to the level of loyalty of muzakki in service. (2) Partially the transparency variable relates significantly, with a correlation coefficient (r) 0.304 with a significance of 0.038 <0.05. This means that transparency variables relate to the level of loyalty of Muzakki, but some muzakki issue zakat not because of transparency but because of government programs in reducing poverty. And to (3) partially the accountability variable is not significantly related, with the correlation coefficient (r) 0.355> 0.05, accountability variables are not related to muzakki loyalty because some muzakki lack understanding about accountability.   Keywords: Trust, Transparency, Accountability, Loyalty &nbsp
