The objectives of this research were to determine the influence of accountability and transparency of zakat institution on trust of muzakki in BAZNAS Jakarta. This research conduct at BAZNAS Pusat Jakarta. The method used in this research is survey method with correlation approach. The sample are collected by using purposive sampling with questionnairies. The number of samples of this research is 100 muzakki BAZNAS in five years period and living in DKI Jakarta. The technical data analysis uses requirements test analysis, assumption test analysis, regression analysis, and correlation analysis. The result of this research showed that, (1) the accountability influenced the trust of muzakki positively and significantly, (2) the transparency influenced the trust of muzakki positively and significantly, (3) the accountability and the transparency influenced on trust of muzakki simultaneously
