Creativity and innovation are two important factors that organizations adopt to make themselves successfulor to adapt change. The area of creativity and innovation has been attracting the attention of managers andentrepreneurs since last decade. This area is still unexplored in Pakistan and needs research efforts todevelop better understanding on both individual and firm level creativity and innovation.
