EVALUAREA SISTEMULUI DE TRANSPLANT DIN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA

The evaluation of the transplant system in the Republic of Moldova is a form of health policy survey which analyses the transplant system as an integrant part of the medical services provided to the population and its social, medical and legal implications. The article aims at reviewing the key issues which should lay at the foundation of the development of the transplant system in the Republic of Moldova throughout the period 2010-2014, according to the principles of the European Union’s Acquis Communautaire in the field of healthcare. Further development of the options subject to the analysis will allow to improve the organization and the operation of the transplant system, including law modifications, allocation of financial and human resources, quality assurance and safety of transplant procedures. Keywords: transplant system, transplantation activities, living donor, deceased donor.Evaluarea sistemului de transplant din Republica Moldova reprezintă o formă de cercetare a politicilor de sănătate în care se examinează sistemul de transplant ca parte integrantă a serviciilor medicale oferite populaţiei şi a implicaţiilor sociale, medicale şi legale. Scopul articolului este de a prezenta aspecte cheie care să stea la baza unei dezvoltări a sistemului de transplant în Republica Moldova pe parcursul anilor 2010-2014, în conformitate cu principiile Acquis-ului Uniunii Europene în domeniul sănătăţii.  Dezvoltarea opţiunilor analizate va permite o îmbunătăţire a organizării şi funcţionării sistemului de transplant, inclusiv modificări în legislaţie, alocare eficientă de resurse financiare şi umane, asigurarea calităţii şi siguranţei procedurilor de transplant. Cuvinte cheie: sistem de transplant, activităţi de transplant, donator în viață, donator cadaveric
