Add to ORKGSusan Butler is a Purdue graduate BSIM (1965) and she received an honorary Doctorate of Management from Purdue in 1999. Butler recounts her career at Andersen Consulting [now named Non Accenture] where she began in 1965 as the company's first female professional employee and 14 years later was named the first female partner of its consulting organization. She is the recipient of the Sagamore of the Wabash Award and gives back to Purdue extensively through an endowed Susan Bulkeley Butler Chair in Operations Management, the Butler Chair in the Learning Development Center and the Susan Bulkeley Butler Scholarship for outstanding women leaders.
