This document, released in May 1967, was a report to the United States Commission on Civil Rights. It deals with a number of issues effecting civil rights in the Milwaukee area such as segregation in schools, the bussing of students, open housing, civil rights protests, and violence against civil rights groups. This publication contains newspaper clippings, meeting minutes, research studies and correspondence dealing with civil rights issues in the Milwaukee area
