Clips of news material prepared for the WTMJ special report program examining school boycotts and the issue of de facto segregation in Milwaukee. The first clip gives an introduction to de facto segregation and the functions of MPS, and shows some silent footage of local schools. Clip 2 footage includes Freedom Schools at New Hope Baptist Church and St. Mathew C.M.E Church, Lloyd Barbee speaking to an unidentified group, and an interview where Barbee discusses bringing suit in the court of law and makes a connection to the national struggle.
