LA RELACIÓN ORIENTACIÓN-EDUCACIÓN-DESARROLLO, UNA VALORACIÓN DESDE LA CORRIENTE INTEGRATIVA DE LA ORIENTACIÓN EN CUBA (Revisión)

The current educational practice demands a process of orientation that accompanies every moment the life of the students that in a holistic way contributes to the development of the personality where the orientation-education-development relationship constitutes the articulating axis of each educative-orienting action. The article aims to evaluate the orientation-education-development relationship from the Cuban perspective through the critical analysis of articles and doctoral theses. The sources consulted emphasize this relation as primordial in the educational processes in Cuba, in order to achieve the maximum development of the individual as a social entity. The paper concludes that this relationship constitutes a theoretical basis for the development of educational guidance in educational processes.La práctica educacional actual demanda un proceso de orientación que acompañe cada momento la vida de los estudiantes, que de manera holística contribuya al desarrollo de la personalidad donde la relación orientación-educación-desarrollo constituya el eje articulador de cada acción educativa-orientadora. El artículo tiene como objetivo valorar la relación orientación-educación-desarrollo desde la perspectiva cubana mediante al análisis crítico de artículos y tesis de doctorado. Las fuentes consultadas destacan esta relación como primordial en los procesos educacionales en Cuba, en aras de lograr el máximo desarrollo del individuo como ente social. El escrito concluye que dicha relación constituye un sustento teórico para el desarrollo de la orientación educativa en los procesos educacionales
