As reformas do sistema de administração da justiça e os processos de seleção dos magistrado

The system of administration of justice is currently undergoing analysis and criticism. It occupies a large part of the journalistic space and political agendas. Although this phenomenon occurs in our country, it is not exclusive to it. I think it would be fair to say that since ancient times the system of administration of justice has been in constant evolution. However, it has been more or less 20 years since several countries have undertaken profound reforms to the justice system, measures that call powerful attention not only because of their temporality and certain homogeneity, but also because of the criticism of the results obtained.    En la actualidad, el sistema de administración de justicia está siendo objeto de análisis y críticas. Ocupa gran parte del espacio periodístico y de las agendas políticas. Si bien este fenómeno ocurre en nuestro país, no es exclusivo de él. Creo que sería justo sostener que desde tiempos remotos el sistema de administración de justicia se mantiene en una constante evolución. Sin embargo, hace más o menos 20 años que en diversos países se han encarado profundas reformas al sistema de justicia, medidas que llaman poderosamente la atención no sólo por su temporalidad y cierta homogeneidad, sino también por las críticas a los resultados obtenidos.             &nbsp
