Nowdays, development of the banking world is growing rapiddly, such as improved banking products and services. The role of banks is required by the public to conduct financial transactions and has become a daily necessity. But in fact, banks in Indonesia have not been spread evenly which resulted in an banking services have not fully enjoyed by the public, especially in rural areas partly because banks are only located in large cities. One of the reasons was the high cost to set up branches in all regions. Based on these reasons, the government is trying to create an inclusive financial literacy that can reach all people, especially in rural areas through programs that BRI intelligent behavior BRILink Agent. By working with customers as BRI agent seeks to provide financial services without an office banking by utilizing EDC which is targeted to reach all areas of the country. Observations and interviews about BRILink agent, is needed to facilitate the public to know BRILink service mechanisms. In BRILink transaction execution, obstacles encountered was the lack of capital from the agency to carry out transactions in large amounts. In addition, the network of BRILink impaired when the weather is bad. With the problems that arise,BRI solve problems with lending to these agents are considered to have good prospects. Then BRI suggest Agents to postpone the transaction until normal weather for the deal to avoid trouble due to bad weather constraints, because it is included into force major.
