This artwork report intends to research the benefits of synergy of representation and narrative for the actor/actress. In this context, concepts of representation and narrative are traced back to the Ancient Greece which is accepted to be the origin of western theatre. The approaches of two philosopher, Platon and Plotinus, whose significant findings, particularly of representation in art have been relatively disregarded compared to those of Aristotle, are tried to be analysed.
