Objectives: We report here a case of erotomania or Clérambault’s syndrome, which proves the psychopathological complexity which doctors usually face in our clinical practice in mental health. Our objective was to understand in a more in-depth way the dynamics of this curious process, whose main clinical characteristic is that the patient, usually a woman, suddenly has the delirious belief that a man (with whom she might have scarce contact or even no contact at all) is in love with her.
