The first five years of children’ life is an important period for development and it is time for establishment of the physical, psychological, and intelligence. Generally, problem on child nutrition is caused by the impact of imbalance between intake and nutrient (nutritional imbalance). WHO estimated that 54% of infants and children deaths caused by malnutrition. According to RISKESDAS 2010, 13.0% children was malnutrition and 4.9% with severe malnutrition. Based on recapitulation of mass weighing at Nanggalo Health Center, Nanggalo District was the region with high incidence of malnutrition and severe malnutrition.
