Abstract: Effectiveness and efficiency is necessary for company to have advantage over competitors. It required qualified human resources for company that’s able to compete and achieve an effective company organization. To build the quality of human resources in company sometimes encountered problem, such as age, job tenure and workload, were the factors may be associated with job stress. This research type is conclusive research conducted with variables of age, job tenure and workload as independent variables and job stress as dependent variable.
