Bipolar affective disorder currently in mania has been well documented. There are few studies regarding co-morbidity in Bipolar affective disorder currently in mania. Here our aim is to report such a case who presented with bipolar affective disorder currently in mania with psychotic features, co-morbidity of obsessive compulsive disorder, Alcoholic dependence syndrome and Nicotine dependence syndrome.
