Add to ORKGPříspěvek se věnuje tématu právního režimu genetických informací. Důraz je kladen především na informace obsažené a zpracovávané v rámci genetických databází. První část formuluje obecné pojmové a filosofické východisko, tj. výjimečnost genetických informací, informovaný souhlas a souhlas se zpracováním osobních údajů. Druhá část analysuje vybrané právní problémy genetických databází. Příspěvek uzavírá třetí část, která se soustředí na zvláštní právní režim nakládání s genetickými informacemi ve forenzních databázích.
