The purpose of this study was to determine mathematics achievement of students class X SMK Tamansiswa Jetis Yogyakarta who use cooperative learning Guided Note Taking model and students who use conventional learning model, to know which one learning achievement is better among the beginning of a very high and high, medium, low and very low. The population in this research were all students of class X SMK Tamansiswa Jetis Yogyakarta academic year 2014/2015. Samples were elected two classes of 60 students. Data collection techniques used were mathematics achievement test. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing with two ways ANOVA.
