UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEAKTIFAN DAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE THINK PAIR SHARE SISWA KELAS VIII D SMP N 1 PLERET

The purpose of this research was to describe the liveliness and achievement in class VIII D SMP N 1 Pleret using Think Pair Share (TPS). This research is class action research. The Subjects in this research is students of class VIII D SMP N 1 Pleret which consisted of 30 students. The technique of data is conducted with the test, observation, and documentation. The results showed that average the liveliness and achievement has increased. The liveliness on pre-term 37,08% increase to 60,82% in first term and increased again to 81,87% in second term and the acviement from 72,70 increased to 76,08 in first term and increased again to 80,93 in second term. The percentage of the KKM also increased from 46,67% to 63,33% in first term and increased again to 80% in second term. So researcher hoped teachers can apply TPS
