Alan Sugg, Chancellor John White and the members of the university's administration and faculty, and especially to the Leflar Law School dean, Howard Brill, a devoted and caring professor of mine during my days here in Law School, to my fellow honorary degree recipient, Dr. Jo Luck, and most importantly, to the graduates of the Class of 2006, your parents, additional family members and friends. Ladies and gentlemen all, I am honored and humbled to be recognized as an honorary degree recipient at this, the 135th All University Commencement of the University of Arkansas. It is all the more enjoyable to share this moment with a dear friend—one whom I admire greatly, honorary degree recipient, Jo Luck. In honoring Dr. Luck and acknowledging her leadership and service—her visionary and vigilant
