Sugerencias para el ejercicio de la docencia universitaria

It can not be given suggestions to do a task, This would be to assume that you have the last word, and I truly believe that nobody has it; The only thing that anyone can do is to share what they have learned during the time in which they have performed their respective work.Therefore, I will allow myself to share some of the pertinent aspects that I have learned (collected) in my years of performance at USCO.I completed my last studies at the National Pedagogical University where I obtained the title of Master in Education with a specialty in PHYSICS. Since 1979, I joined the USCO and I have taught OPTICS, MECHANICS, ELECTRICITY, BIOPHYSICS, THERMODYNAMICS, with undergraduate students in Mathematics and Physics, Engineering and Medicine, lower and intermediate semesters; using some didactic forms (exhibitions, experimental demonstrations, directed discussions, workshops, presentation of videos and sound advice, etc.)With the above mentioned, I want to emphasize that the exercise of teaching has led me to consider several aspects simultaneously in the identification of my task. One, the received university education, places me on what I teach, that is, on WHAT to know, guides my work. Another, with WHO I do this, has facilitated me to perceive the variety of characters present in different human beings. A third aspect, the FOR WHICH I guide those who guide on the knowledge that guides my work, has generated a greater sense to my daily activity, and why not say it, to my own life. A final aspect, the COMO COMOiento, is the factor that has generated the constant desire to break with the routine, such that it energizes the task itself.NO ! no pueden darse sugerencias para ejercer un quehacer, ésto sería asumir que se tiene la última palabra, y realmente estoy convencida que nadie la tiene; lo más que cada quien puede hacer es compartir lo que ha aprendido durante el tiempo en el que ha desempeñado su labor respectiva.Por lo anterior me voy a permitir compartir algunos de los aspectos pertinentes que he aprendido (recogido) en mis años de desempeño en la USCO.Mis últimos estudios los realicé en la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional de donde obtuve el título de Magister en Educación con especialidad en FISICA . Desde 1979 me vinculé a la USCO y he enseñado OPTICA, MECANICA, ELECTRICIDAD, BIOFISICA, TERMODINAMICA, con alumnos de Licenciatura en Matemáticas y Física, de Ingeniería y de Medicina, de semestres inferiores e intermedios; utilizando algunas formas didácticas (exposiciones, demostraciones experimentales, discusiones dirigidas, talleres, presentación de videos y sonovisos, etc.)Con lo anotado, deseo resaltar que el ejercicio de la docencia me ha llevado a considerar en la identificación de mi quehacer, varios aspectos simultáneamente. Uno, la formación universitaria recibida, me ubica sobre el qué enseño, o sea sobre QUE saber orienta mi quehacer. Otro, con QUIENES realizo éste, me ha facilitado percibir la variedad de caractéres presente en los diferentes seres humanos. Un tercer aspecto, el PARA QUE oriento a quienes oriento sobre el saber que orienta mi quehacer, ha generado un mayor sentido a mi actividad diaria, y por qué no decirlo, a mi misma vida . Un último aspecto, el COMO oriento, es el factor que ha generado el deseo constante de romper con la rutina, tal que dinamice el quehacer mismo
