This research aims to examine the influences of compensation, organizational climate, and work satisfaction to employee performance of PT Madu Baru Yogyakarta. Sample of this research was 102 accounting employee of PT Madu Baru Yogyakarta, taken by Cluster Proportional Random Sapling. Data were collected by using an instrument and documentation. Hypothesis was analyzed with regression analysis technical. Research showed that compensation was positively influence employee performance. The organizational climate was positively influence employee performance. The work satisfaction was positively influence employee performance.
