In this study, the authors examined the relevancy of graduate curricula in the area of human resource management. They conducted a quantitative analysis of the content of graduate courses and the electronic communication of human resource management professionals to identify areas that were being either undertaught or overtaught. The authors analyzed the identified areas of discrepancy and offer suggestions for revising the graduate curriculum, where necessary. Generally, their findings indicate that the content of most graduate courses closely mirrors the topics being discussed online by human resource management professionals
