Often, educators feel alone when they are working with students that have behavior difficulties. They want to do what is right for the student, but often think no one understands how much time and effort they are putting in to help the child succeed. As a result, they are left discouraged and angry with other educators and even the child they so desperately want to help. This session is designed to emphasize the positive supports needed for the educator as well as for the student. In this session, educators will be able to hear success stories that demonstrate how positive supports and strategies are successful. The stories will emphasize both how the supports help students with short term goals for social and behavior improvements as well ...
