Abstract.Fatigue at workplace has many negative consequences such as accident, illness, performance decreased even death. On the other hand, individuals work to achieve something that related to what is called the meaning of work, which through their work, individuals trying to find a destination, make a contribution, linkages, values and expectations that are expected to minimize fatigue.
