The rind of rambutan (Nepehelium lappaceum) fruit there is a cellulosa high contain of 24.28%. However, the utilization of rambutan rind is still rare and tends to become agricultural waste. This research used rambutan’s rind for glucose production in fermentation with Trichoderma viride fungi. The aim of this research is to study the pH of substrate and fermentation time in producing the highest value of glucose.
