As part of the Free Access to Law - Is it Here to Stay? ProjectUganda Final Technical ReportThis study investigates Uganda’s Legal Information Institute (ULII). The goal was to find out what ULII does, how it works, and to determine the positive effects ULII has had on target audiences and stakeholders, exploring factors related to its success and sustainability. So far, ULII has made remarkable progress in ensuring accessibility of all statutes of parliament and over 150,000 judgments. Critical gaps and needs, outputs and outcomes are reviewed, such as mechanisms to ensure that relevant feedback from users reaches the ULII. Wider communication channels, an internal governance roadmap, and clear policy on feedback are some recommendations
