Mini Dissertation (MIT)--University of Pretoria, 2016.The Consortium of Uganda University Libraries' (CUUL) primary objective is to provide a forum for addressing issues that face Ugandan university libraries. Other objectives are: to standardise operations and promote the adoption of new library-related developments. One of these developments is establishing institutional repositories (IRs).
