Heidegger who starts from the question of What is the meaning of Being discusses Being again by questioning history of West metaphysic ontology including question of Being. Heidegger calls his discussion of Being again by means of phenomenological method as fundamental ontology (Fundamentalontologie). According to him, as Being (Sein) and beings (Seiende) were not differentiated, Being was forgotten in the period from Platon to Nietzsche.
