There were a number of decisions issued in the past year (from late October 2017 to mid- October 2018) by ICSID tribunals. This time for the sake of brevity, the review will cover only awards, rather than other kinds of decisions including procedural matters such as annulments. This is not to imply that such matters are unimportant, but given the increasing number of published decisions, editorial discretion must be exercised. As always, each of the cases below is publicly available on the italaw website in English, many of which have been redacted due to commercial sensibility.
