Management Problems of Factory in China Promot the Anti-Confucian and Line Campaign

This paper describes a state of affairs of factory and issue of manufacturing processes in the People's Republic of China that one of the authors (I. K) visited for information in July, 1974, as the member of the delegates of A.I.T.(Aich Institute of Technology) under the learning exchange program.
