This research was conducted in the area of the Rejo Stage Village in Pasuruan City. This type of research is survey research, while the data source is from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 43 respondents (boat owner fishermen) using a simple random sampling technique. The analytical tool used to test this research is using the formula of net income π = TR - TC and econometric tools in the form of regression methods. The independent variables used in this study are capital variables as X1, labor variables as X2, catch variables as X3, and the dependent variable is the income of fishermen. The results showed that the capital, labor, and catches had a significant and positive relationship to the income of fishermen in Pasuruan's Panggung Rejo Village
