The relevance of the research:the piano was once considered to be an instrument of the aristocracy that has entered thousands of households in China. With the vigorous development of economy and culture, there began a “Piano Fever”in many cities, affecting the lives of many Chinese children quite irresponsibly, ignoring the problems and caring only to follow the fashionable trend. However, it is pointed out that the problems should be paid attention to in the piano education of children in order for the piano education to better serve the development of music education in our country, become the effective promoter of prosperous social culture (Shuangxia Li, 2013). Throughout the history of the world, were created hundreds of thousands of instruments. No matter what kind of musical instrument we consider, they all have advantages and disadvantages. For example, the advantages and disadvantages of the formation of their own characteristics, which determine the value of their existence. This research adopts the idea that all the musical instruments are equal, irreplaceable; there are reasons for their existence and inheritance(People’s Republic of China, National Education Commission, 2007). Therefore, while treating the piano as equal to other instruments, it is important to analyse the problems of its education.In short, characteristics of the piano are obviously of a broad range. 1. The modern piano has keys, which are from two A to five large groups of C sounds, for example. Only organ has such a broad range of keys in comparison, biggerthan any other kind of musical instrument. 2. Great volume change. Piano can sound very weak and silent, just to let people hear the voice (PPP), it can also give out a loud and strong, thrilling melody (FFF), as well as producing a bit strong and very strong sounds in between. Moreover, these notes can be played from the player’s heart. 3. The most ideal sounding instrument –piano can be used for the music transfer, polyphony, harmony and it has much more functions maximising the freedom of the performer(DaiXiao, 2015). Piano as a foreign instrument, has become one of the most popular instruments in Chinese families. China’s piano education level in recent years has been greatly improved, which is closely linked to the rapid development of Chinese children’s piano education. Although the history of piano music in China is not long, the Chinese children’s piano music education has experienced a budding period, bloom, wandering, the development and other stages. Until today, alongside with China’s 10socio-economic and cultural development, more and more Chinese families choose to let the children learn to play piano –this highly expressive Western musical instrument(LeiWang, 2015). As for the development history of children’s piano education in China, the starting point was still of a relatively low level in the early development, compared to the highly developed areas of foreign music education, which was the drawback of Chinese children’s piano education development period. Since the correct developmentof piano playing skills and pedagogy in children’s piano education is a long process, it resulted in an educational gap in a long history of children’s piano education in China, eliciting the phenomenon of many Chinese children becoming amateur piano performers(LiWang, 2016). However, at present, the children’s piano education in China undertakes the first place of teaching area children mainly graduate from our major music colleges, art colleges, and general schools. Piano teaching has become full of enthusiasm, positivity and seriousness. However, the fact that these students have experienced years of professional piano training and have good playing skills, does not express how flexible was the use of teaching methods and creativity. At present, in China only part of the teachers can provide with high quality of children’s piano education, which to a certain extent is caused by children’s piano education career’s development lagging behind throughout history. Thus, the improvement of the professional competences of teachers would further promote the development of Chinese children’s piano education (Jie Zhang, 2011).With the increasing enthusiasm of our children to learn piano, piano education has reached its thriving stage. In recent years, however, some children have been learning to play the piano quite lazily, and it is not difficult to find that this is because children are losing their enthusiasm and interest in learning. For children’s piano education to prosper, it is important to raise and develop children’s interest in learning piano because learning the piano is a long and boring process without it. If the teacher is slightly biased in the teaching methods, it will cause children to gradually lose interest in learning piano. Therefore, in the current piano teaching, teachers should be acquainted with children’s psychology and pedagogical knowledge, master the special psychological techniques, recognize the particularity of children’s learning piano and employ different teaching methods from different aspects to improve children’s interest in learning to play the piano. Only in this way can use 11psychological characteristics of children to help them and improve the process of teaching piano (Jie Zhang, 2011).The problem of the research:how to stimulate/encourage children to play piano and create a teaching and learning environment in piano teaching?The object of research: present Situation and Characteristics of Children Piano Education. The aim of research:to find out the most suitableteaching methods and improve teaching efficiency in children’s piano lessons.The objectives of the research:1.Documentary revealof the actual situation of piano education application in middleChinaHenan Provincemusic school.2.To investigateteachers' own abilities and knowledge analysis.3.To determine the best teaching method for children's piano teaching.Methods: •Theoretical–the analysis of scientifically and methodical literature and newest documents of the Central China music education.•Empirical–quantitative and qualitative analysis (questionnaire with open questions), interview method.•Teacher’sopinion data was analysed using “MS Excel“programme’s descriptive statistics (absolute and percentage frequencies were calculated).The structure ofthe Master’s Thesis:The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, a list of references and annexes. It consists of 76pages, 18 tables, 5 figures and 50 sources of literature.Kinijos fortepijono pedagogikos lygis pastaraisiais metais labai išaugo, fortepijono pedagogika Kinijos muzikos mokykloje yra glaudžiai susijusi su greitu šalies vystymusi. Nors fortepijono istorija Kinijoje nėra ilga, tačiau fortepijono pedagogika Kinijos muzikos mokyklose yra išgyvenusi pradinį, klestėjimo laikotarpį, paieškų, vystymosi ir kitus periodus. Kinijos socialinio- ekonominio ir kultūrinio vystymosi sąlygomis šiomis dienomis vis daugiau kinų šeimų nusprendžia leisti vaikus lankyti fortepijono pamokas. Tyrimo problema: kaip skatinti/sudominti vaikus skambinti fortepijonu ir sukurti palankią mokymo ir mokymosi aplinką? Tyrimo objektas: dabartinė Centrinės Kinijos fortepijono pedagogikos padėtis ir charakteristikos. Tyrimo tikslas: išanalizuoti tinkamiausius mokymo metodus, skatinančius vaikų fortepijono pamokų efektyvumą. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Taikant mokslinės, metodinės ir naujausių švietimo dokumentų analizę, atskleisti realią fortepijono pedagogikos taikymo situaciją Centrinės Kinijos muzikos mokyklose. 2. Atlikti mokytojo įgūdžių ir žinių analizę. 3. Nustatyti efektyviausius fortepijono pedagogikos metodus. Tyrimo metodai: • Teorinė mokslinės ir metodinės literatūros ir naujausių Centrinės Kinijos muzikinio švietimo dokumentų analizė. • Empirinė - kiekybinė ir kokybinė tyrimo duomenų analizė (klausimynas su atvirais klausimais), interviu metodas. Mokytojų nuomonės duomenys buvo analizuojami naudojant „MS Excel“ programos aprašomąjį metodą (apskaičiuoti absoliutūs ir procentiniai dažniai). Tyrimo apimtis: imtį sudaro 104 studentai: 72 bakalauro pirmojo kurso studentai), 7 (2-ojo kurso bakalauro studentai), 3 (3-ojo kurso bakalauro studentai), 2 (4-ojo kurso bakalauro studentai), 3 (1-oji kurso magistrantai), 14 (2-ojo kurso magistrantai), 3 (kiti muzikos specialybės studentai). Tyrime dalyvavo 4 Lietuvos studentai, visi kiti - kinų. Tyrimas atliktas Vytauto Didžiojo universitete. Išvados: 1. Švietimo dokumentų ir mokslinės literatūros analizė atskleidė, kad fortepijono pedagogikos turinio plėtojimas Kinijos mokyklose nėra pakankamai kvalifikuotas, mokytojų profesinis pasirengimo lygis nėra aukštas, vyraujantis mokymo stilius yra utilitarinis. 2. Profesionalių muzikos mokytojų nuomonių analizė rodo, kad muzikos mokytojų pedagoginio darbo kokybė vaidina svarbų vaidmenį įgyvendinant sėkmingą muzikinį ugdymą. Mokytojai turėtų rūpintis savo moksleiviais, turėti teigiamą ir optimistinį mokymo požiūrį, turėti kokybišką ugdomąjį gebėjimą, turtingas profesines žinias ir gebėjimą laiku atnaujinti savo švietimo žinias, puoselėti asmeninį ideologinį ir moralinį augimą bei humanistines savybes, praturtinti kultūrines muzikinio ugdymo reikšmes ir pagerinti meninius pasiekimus. 3. Nustatant tinkamiausią fortepijono mokymo metodą vaikams, svarbu pirmiausia atrasti problemas, su kuriomis susiduriama fortepijono mokyme, prisitaikyti prie kiekvieno mokinio individualybės ir taikyti garsių muzikos švietimo sistemos kūrėjų, pavyzdžiui, Kodaly ir Orff sistemų elementus. Tuomet klasėje atliekama muzika tampa įdomi, keičia tradicinį nuobodų mokymo režimą. Fortepijono mokymas yra labai svarbi muzikinio ugdymo sritis. Pasirodo, kad dauguma respondentų mano, kad svarbiausi papildomi dalykai vaikų fortepijono pedagogikoje yra: pagrindinės muzikos teorija, solfedžio ir vokalinė muzika. Šie dalykai padeda gerinti studentų muzikos pedagogikos kokybę, plėsti pagrindines muzikos dalyko žinias per racionalų mokymąsi, ugdant studentų supratimą apie muzikos pobūdį, skatinant mokinius mokytis fortepijono ir puoselėjant jų supratimą apie muziką ir kūrybiškumą. Muzikinio ugdymo procese mokytojai turėtų padėti studentams suprasti skirtingas kultūras, suprasti muziką giliau, ugdyti studentų muzikinių emocijų raišką fortepijoniniuose kūriniuose ir formuluoti skirtingus mokymo tikslus pagal skirtingus mokymo planus. Šie veiksniai gali pagerinti fortepijono muzikos ugdymo efektyvumą. Remiantis empirinio tyrimo rezultatais, pateikiamos šios rekomendacijos: siekiant praturtinti fortepijono mokymo turinį, laikas nuo laiko turėtų būti surengta teorinių paskaitų ir viešųjų kursų ciklas. Reguliariai organizuoti studentų fortepijono koncertus, leisti studentams groti klasėje, nustatant sceninio atlikimo pojūčius, patarti, kaip efektyviai mokytis. Fortepijono mokytojai turėtų reguliariai mokytis ir tobulinti savo profesinį lygį bei profesionalumą.Švietimo akademij
